Refund policy
At Paddy Caps we have a 30-day return policy, meaning that you have 30 days from the date of receipt your item to request a return.
In order for us to process a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, including tags and in its original packaging.
For enquiries on returns, please contact: returns@paddycaps.ie. We will discuss the returns process with you once a request is made. Please do not send a return until we have been notified and it has been approved.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or is the incorrect. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We will offer a refund or exchange which is the quickest option. We will keep you updated every step of the way in regards to refunds and exchanges.

Orders
Prices are in Euros and main currencies. All transactions are processed in Euros. We reserve the right to cancel orders to certain locations. We will charge shipping and handling fees separately. Taxes will be applied if applicable.
The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not our acceptance of an order. We have the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from us, please be assured that this will only apply in exceptional circumstances.
Depending on your location and on your card provider, some card issuers may charge an extra fee as a foreign transaction service fee – please note: this is a charge that is implemented & controlled by the card issuing bank and is beyond our control. In some cases, a cross border transaction fee may or may not be incurred depending on the terms enforced by your card issuing bank and is beyond our control.
In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to supplier pricing information or typographical error, we have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a refund to your credit card account.
